  • Mission Plain Tortilla
  • 20g unsalted butter
  • Braeburn apple
  • 40g salted caramel sauce
  • 30g Chantilly cream
  • Crushed walnuts (optional)


  1. Melt the butter in a pan with the thinly sliced apple. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes
  2. Warm the plain tortilla, add the buttery apples and roll up
  3. Drizzle over the salted caramel sauce and top with Chantilly cream
  4. Served with crushed walnuts

Switch butter and cream for vegan alternatives
