Taking place on 5 October 2026 at London’s Business Design Centre in Islington, the free-to-attend event is set to be bigger and better this year, bringing together leading manufacturers, suppliers, chefs and industry experts for a day dedicated to innovation.  

On the app, attendees can view the full agenda for the day, FAQs and helpful travel planning information, as well as using it for a speedy and streamlined check-in on arrival. It also makes it possible to connect suppliers and operators on the day and in advance, so attendees can effectively plan their visit and ensure that industry connections can be easily followed up. 

Simon Britten, head of marketing at Lockhart Catering Equipment, said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming people back for the second iteration of The Catering Innovation Show. Our inaugural show in 2025 brought together over 70 exhibitors, selling out over 3,000 registrations, and drawing over 1100 attendees for a day packed with inspiration and connection. 

“This year, we’re set to build on that. We’ve got a really exciting line-up that includes some of the most notable chefs in the industry and I can’t wait to hear their insights during the cooking demos. We’re also excited to be hosting the Compass Junior and Senior Chef of the Year competitions.
