Who said a turkey feast was only for Christmas time? With this recipe, you can create the taste of Christmas all year round.

Serves 1
Time: 15 minutes


  • 1 Mission Plain Tortilla
  • 30g Mayonnaise
  • 15g Spinach leaves
  • 50g Cooked turkey
  • 20g Cooked sage and onion stuffing
  • 3 Mini cooked Pigs in Blankets
  • Cranberry sauce


  1. Take a Mission plain tortilla
  2. Spread the Mayo over one ½ of the base
  3. Spread cranberry sauce over the other ½
  4. Add the spinach down the centre of the wrap
  5. Top with shredded cooked turkey
  6. Crumble over sage & onion stuffing
  7. Add three cooked Pigs In Blankets
  8. Wrap

Tip: You can make the Pig In Blankets yourself by wrapping the bacon around chipolatas or, if more convenient, you can buy them pre-made
