Welcome
So, it’s our final issue of the year – and what a remarkable 2026 it has been. Despite successive prime ministers being somewhat immune to the importance of our industry and the challenges we face, food to go continues to thrive at a startling pace.
And that’s why we have transitioned from the BSA to the Food to Go Association. It reflects the winds of change sweeping through operators, manufacturers, retailers and foodservice as a whole – as consumer demand becomes more global in taste and dayparts are stretched, there are incredible opportunities for agile businesses ready to capitalise.
I just want to say thank you to all our advertisers, contributors and partners, who help to keep us at the forefront of the sector. We will continue to bring you the very best print & digital coverage.
I wish you all a safe and relaxing holiday season.
Until next time!
