A moreish grab and go lunch, or takeaway dish, these Tikka Roti's are easy to prepare due to thick and creamy Oasis Tikka Mayonnaise, which adds an instantly authentic tikka flavour.
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced into rings
- 3cm fresh garlic, peeled & grated
- 12 Harvest Farms Chicken Goujons
- Mango chutney
- 4 roti flatbreads, warmed
- Fresh coriander
- Oasis Tikka Mayonnaise
Fry the onions, garlic, chilli and ginger until softened and keep warm.
Deep-fry the chicken goujons, drain well and keep warm.
Spread mango chutney over each roti and place 3 chicken strips on top.
Top with the onion mix and coriander.
Drizzle over Tikka mayonnaise.
Roll up and serve
