(Serves 3)

  • Mission Plain Tortilla
  • 100g slow cooked pulled pork
  • 50g fresh charred corn
  • 30g mixed salad leaves
  • 20g Quick Pickled Onions
    - Sliced Red onions
    - Red wine vinegar
    - 1 Tsp icing sugar


  1. For the quick pickled onions, combine the red inions with red wine vinegar and icing sugar
  2. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes
  3. Place the mixed salad leaves in the centre of the wrap and top with the pulled pork and charred corn
  4. Finish with the pickled onions and red chili
