Ingredients

  • Mission Beetroot & Chia Wrap
  • 25g finely shredded red cabbage
  • 30g roast sweet potato
  • 12g spinach leaves
  • 10g sweetcorn kernels
  • 25g grated carrot
  • 35g coriander pesto

Method

  1. Spread beetroot & chia wrap with the coriander pesto.
  2. Pile in the brightly coloured vegetables & roll up burrito style.
